The Welding Supervisor manages welding teams responsible for assembling ship structures and ensures compliance with naval shipbuilding quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise welding teams and coordinate workflow
- Inspect weld quality and adherence to welding procedures
- Provide training and mentorship to welding staff
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams
- Maintain safety and production standards
Qualifications
- 3 years welding experience in industrial or shipbuilding environments
