Job Summary
General Responsibilities: Maintain equipment as need and per the maintenance schedule. Perform all duties with safety in mind. Know the quality standard of the job you are working on and meet it. Abide by company rules and procedures. Keep work area tidy. Manage consumable usage. Know emergency procedures. Become task trained on all equipment operated and all material handled. Maintain and own personal tools as required by the Tool List Demonstrate a strong work ethic. Level One Skills: Ability to Setup Welding Machines Understanding of Basic Welding Requirements and Procedures Performs 3G and 4G Welding Willing to stay in a hotel and work away from home. Understand direction and goals of lead man Have a valid drivers license Task Trained on the Nelson Stud Gun Ability to Grind and Clean Parts Understanding of Weld Symbols Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Qualifications: Ability to perform work following all required safety protocols including use of proper PPE for assigned tasks required. Knowledge of operating a forklift. Ability to handle multiple assignments while prioritizing workflow required. Ability to uphold all company policies required. Ability to work as a team to accomplish objectives.
