Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) each with its own kitchen as well as gardens and outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy. Position Summary

As a Weekend Supervisor (LPN) you will oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts ensuring residents receive safe high-quality and compassionate care. You will serve as the on-site clinical leader supporting nursing staff addressing resident needs and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support LPNs CNAs and nursing staff during weekend shifts

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality resident-centered care

  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff

  • Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed

  • Ensure accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation

  • Maintain compliance with federal state and facility regulations

  • Respond to resident family and staff concerns professionally and effectively

  • Participate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as needed

  • Serve as a liaison between nursing staff physicians residents and families

  • Promote a positive team-oriented work environment

  • Support facility quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program

  • Active unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina

  • Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance

Skills & Abilities
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care

Licenses & Certifications
  • Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing

  • Current CPR certification preferred

  • Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements

  • Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
