Job Summary
What You Will Do:
Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans in Western PA and surrounding areas. The role requires on-call availability on weekends and local travel to patient locations. The successful candidate will have an associate degree an RN license in the state of work and at least one year of RN experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans Support patients in Western PA and surrounding areas Spend 20% of the day driving to/from patient locations Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting Self-manage time and schedule Schedule and Shift Details On-call Friday Saturday and Sunday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm 8 units on Saturday 8 units on Sunday 2 holidays per year Travel Local travel requirements
Requirements
Top Skills Required: 1 year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred) Active RN License in the State of PA Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing BLS and CPR Certification (if you dont have this - we will help you get it!) Valid Drivers License Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance
