- Paid $500 after 6 months another $500 at 12 months of continuous active full-time employment
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Worker you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:
- Product Handling: Accurately pull scan package and stage orders for delivery
- Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Loading & Unloading: Stack wrap and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks forklifts order pickers and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
- Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
- Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
- Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO
- Are you 18 years of age or older
- Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently
- Are you comfortable working on your feet all daystanding walking bending and climbing ladders
- Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
- Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced accuracy-driven environment
- Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic
- Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
- Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience
