• Compensation: $18.25$19.25 per hour depending on shift

• Job Site Location: Georgetown TX

• Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time Day Shift: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM $18.25 per hour

  • Part-Time Weekend Shift: Saturday 9:00 AM4:00 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM2:00 PM $19.25 per hour

• Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

As a Warehouse Picker/Packer youll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by accurately preparing customer orders for shipment.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Pick pack and label products accurately to prepare orders for shipment.

• Operate an order-picking cart safely to move products throughout the warehouse.

• Follow established packaging procedures to ensure products are properly protected during shipping.

• Use packing materials and equipment including padding tape guns and other shipping supplies.

• Verify order accuracy and ensure items are packed and labeled correctly.

• Maintain a clean safe and organized work area.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment to meet daily productivity goals.

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience including order picking packing or fulfillment.

• Valid drivers license required to operate an order-picking cart.

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established safety procedures.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check as permitted by applicable law.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a distribution center fulfillment center or shipping warehouse.

• Experience using warehouse packing supplies and shipping equipment.

• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes inventory handling and warehouse safety practices.

• Strong attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
