Warehouse Picker & Forklift Operator
Location: Elizabeth NJ Full-time In-Office/On-Site
Salary: $16.00 per hour Overtime Opportunities
Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Warehouse Picker who takes pride in accuracy and thrives on the responsibility ofgetting orders out right the first time. If you are someone who doesnt assume a pallet is correct withoutverifyingyou are exactly who we need.
This is a high-standard professional warehouse environment. We offer a stable 8-5 schedule withovertime available for those who are motivated to work more and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pulling items for orders based on pick sheets with 100%
precision.
Forklift Operation: Safely operating a forklift to move stack and retrieve heavy inventory.
Inventory Integrity: Verifying counts and labels; if something looks off you take the
responsibility to flag it rather than assuming its fine.
Clear Communication: Coordinating in English with the management team to ensure the
warehouse stays organized and safe.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse.
Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail; you are someone who follows instructions to the
letter.
Language: Proficiency in English is required for safety and order accuracy.
