Warehouse Picker

Location: Coppell TX 75019
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:30 a.m.4:00 p.m.; some weekends required

Next Level Staffing is hiring experienced Warehouse Pickers to support receiving order picking shipping and inventory operations.

Location requirement: These positions will begin in Coppell and are expected to transition to Fort Worth TX 76131 later this year. Applicants must be able to commute to both locations.

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Receive stock organize and store materials and equipment.
• Load and unload freight including serialized electronics.
• Complete inventory transactions in the warehouse management system.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts pallet-moving equipment and hand carts as trained and authorized.
• Assist with less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping and bills of lading.
• Follow customer service requirements and warehouse safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 13 years of related warehouse experience; 3 or more years preferred.
• Knowledge of safe storage and material handling practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Availability for occasional weekend work.
