Texas AirSystems is seeking a dependable detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Warehouse Coordinator.
This role goes beyond traditional warehouse duties. The position is responsible for accurately managing shipping and receiving inventory and customer orders while providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

- Manage shipping receiving stocking and inventory activities.
- Accurately pull verify and stage orders for customer will-call delivery and shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system transactions.
- Load and unload customer orders and incoming deliveries.
- Provide professional and friendly service to internal and external customers.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse and showroom.
- Use company computer systems to process orders and inventory transactions.
- Communicate inventory order and shipment issues to appropriate team members.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and follow tasks through completion.
- Support coworkers and assist wherever needed to meet customer and business needs.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime/weekends when required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Warehouse shipping/receiving inventory or related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn inventory and order-processing systems.
- Strong communication organization and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable accountable and willing to take ownership.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to operate a forklift and maintain certification.
