Baesman Group is looking for a dependable hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Fulfillment Center team. This position is responsible for receiving organizing and moving products throughout the facility while ensuring inventory is handled safely and accurately.

What Youll Do

• Load and unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks.
• Sort and repack items by category or destination.
• Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
• Place products accurately in designated warehouse or shelf locations.
• Review packing slips count inventory and report missing or damaged items.
• Keep work areas clean organized and free of debris.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Assist with other fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities as needed.

What Were Looking For

• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced team environment and be dependable for the quality of work produced.
• Able to bend kneel reach stand and lift up to 50 lbs as to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable punctual attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Basic English reading and writing skills to understand labels and instructions.
• Basic math skills to count and verify inventory.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
