Warehouse Associate

Pay Rates Starting between: $16.90 - $27.90 / hour

Summary

The purpose of this job is to perform safe accurate and timely shipping and receiving procedures in the warehouse.

Essential Functions

1. Comply with all safety policies and procedures
2. Verify process package and ship orders accurately and timely
3. Receive unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
4. Inspect products for defects and damages
5. Maintain inventory records
6. Assist with maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness
7. Model behaviors that support the companys common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
8. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules regulations policies and procedures
9. Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
• Minimum two years experience working in a warehouse required
• Forklift certification required

Specialized Knowledge

• Knowledge of order fulfillment and automated warehouse management systems

Competencies

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand instructions and execute tasks
• Ability to work as part of team
• Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
