We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to support both Work Order Picking and Shipping functions within our dynamic warehouse environment. This cross-functional role involves managing inventory accuracy optimizing material movement supporting production and shipping workflows and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail solid experience with warehouse systems and the ability to support multiple facets of warehouse operations.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate: The expected hourly wage is $21-22/hr. Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st shift hours available

Responsibilities Include:
Review and interpret work orders to identify required materials quantities and storage locations.
Use barcodes RF scanners and inventory systems to retrieve and verify materials.
Assemble and stage materials for production or shipment.
Record inventory transactions and ensure system accuracy.
Maintain accurate stock levels; promptly report discrepancies and return unused items to stock.
Prepare and pack outgoing shipments per customer specifications and quality standards.
Select proper packaging materials and coordinate pickup methods (parcel LTL FTL) for efficiency.
Validate order accuracy track shipments and resolve delivery issues as needed.
Monitor stock levels reorder consumables and conduct cycle counts/physical inventories.
Maintain an organized warehouse layout and perform digital inventory transactions in ERP and WMS systems.
Follow all company safety protocols maintain a hazard-free environment and safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks forklifts reach trucks etc.).
Support the warehouse team follow directions from supervisors and communicate effectively across departments.
Cross-train across all warehouse functions (shipping receiving picking/kitting) and adapt to reassignments based on business needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (vocational training is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse shipping or picking role is preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills with the ability to learn and use ERP or inventory software; experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably work in a fast-paced environment.
Capabilities: Strong attention to detail robust organizational skills and familiarity with safety standards and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong verbal and written communication skills.
