We are actively seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team located in Dedham MA.
This is an on-site role. Local applicants only.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Loading & Unloading palletized freight
- Picking packing and processing orders
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Label and prepare stock for put-away
- Organize warehouse space
- Check and verify orders for packing
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive company vehicles between warehouses
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven warehouse experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Self-Motivated and works well within a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to operate forklift pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Adequate knowledge of various computer programs
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to repeatedly lift stand & walk
- Being flexible to work in multiple areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Constant movement will be required
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards
- Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance
- Must be able to lift carry or move up to >70 lbs
- Must be able to talk listen and speak clearly
