Warehouse Assistant Parts Runner

Are you organized dependable and looking to support a fast-paced home services team Heritage Home Services is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager / Parts Runner to help keep our HVAC Plumbing and Electrical operations running efficiently.

At Heritage youll play a key role in warehouse organization inventory management job staging and delivering parts and equipment to technicians and job sites. If you enjoy staying active supporting a team and making a direct impact on daily operations wed love to hear from you.

• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
• Run parts materials and equipment to job sites
• Load and unload equipment from trucks and job sites
• Stage installation jobs for technician pickup or delivery
• Assist with company vehicle maintenance logistics as needed
• Support installers technicians and the daily replenishment process
• Maintain a positive attitude and growth mindset

• Warehouse logistics or construction experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials
• Reliable team-oriented and customer-focused
