We have an active requirement for Senior Scrum Master supporting our Bank Modernization Program and would welcome CVs.

Role: Senior Scrum Master

Location: Johnston RI or Westwood MA (Hybrid/Onsite)

Minimum Experience: 10 Years

Start: ASAP

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise-scale programs
Proven experience in or equivalent scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe LeSS)
Strong delivery ownership across multiple pods - velocity predictability and metrics-driven
Advanced Jira expertise - backlog sprint management and reporting
Confident with burndown charts velocity tracking and delivery dashboards
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholder communication
Hands-on experience working with distributed global teams
Banking or financial services background strongly preferred
Active Scrum Master certification required (CSM PSM II SAFe SM or )
