Position Overview

We are seeking a Flexographic Press Operator to lead press setup operation and quality this role you will own machine performance monitor print accuracy and perform preventive maintenance to deliver high-quality products. If you are mechanically inclined detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is the role for you.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Operation: Set up align and operate flexographic presses plates cylinders and dies according to job specifications.

• Quality Control: Inspect printed materials for color accuracy registration and defects using precise test methods to ensure high-quality standards.

• Process Management: Blend inks and varnishes measure viscosity load raw materials and maintain optimal press operating speeds.

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance clean components and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maximize uptime.

• Safety & Continuous Improvement: Follow SOPs maintain a safe production environment and record daily time and material usage in the management system.

Qualifications :

• 12 years of flexographic printing or machine operation experience preferred.

• High school diploma GED or equivalent experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude troubleshooting skills and basic math proficiency.

• Ability to work independently follow standard operating procedures and collaborate with team members.
