Position Overview
We are seeking a Flexographic Press Operator to lead press setup operation and quality this role you will own machine performance monitor print accuracy and perform preventive maintenance to deliver high-quality products. If you are mechanically inclined detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is the role for you.
Shift: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM
Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup & Operation: Set up align and operate flexographic presses plates cylinders and dies according to job specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect printed materials for color accuracy registration and defects using precise test methods to ensure high-quality standards.
Process Management: Blend inks and varnishes measure viscosity load raw materials and maintain optimal press operating speeds.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance clean components and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maximize uptime.
Safety & Continuous Improvement: Follow SOPs maintain a safe production environment and record daily time and material usage in the management system.
Qualifications :
12 years of flexographic printing or machine operation experience preferred.
High school diploma GED or equivalent experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude troubleshooting skills and basic math proficiency.
Ability to work independently follow standard operating procedures and collaborate with team members.
