The numbers
New agents typically earn $60000 in their first year and top producers earn six figures or more. How quickly you start earning is up to you: the more you commit the faster youll see results. Startup costs are low: about $150 for state licensing and about $35 a month for E&O insurance. This is a 1099 commission-only role with no base salary so your income grows with the work you put in.
