VP Chief Lending Officer

Wheelhouse Credit Union is seeking a Chief Lending Officer (CLO). This role is a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for overseeing all lending operations including consumer and mortgage lending as well as our Collections Department. The CLO ensures the Credit Unions lending programs align with strategic goals regulatory compliance and risk management standards while delivering outstanding member experiences and strengthening our presence in the community.

If youre a dynamic leader with a bachelors degree in finance or a related field at least five years of progressive lending experience in a senior leadership role have a strong ability to manage risk ensure compliance and maintain portfolio quality we want to hear from you!

• Bachelors degree in finance Business Administration or related field (masters preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in lending with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of consumer mortgage and commercial lending practices and regulations.
• Experience managing collections operations and implementing recovery strategies.
• Exceptional leadership communication and strategic planning skills.
