Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced VMware Engineer to join our infrastructure team in Charlotte NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing administering and supporting VMware virtualization environments while ensuring high availability performance and security of enterprise infrastructure.
Required Skills
- 7 years of experience in VMware Administration and Engineering.
- Strong experience with:
- VMware vSphere
- ESXi
- vCenter Server
- VMware Clusters
- vMotion
- HA (High Availability)
- DRS
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage technologies.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS VLANs Load Balancing).
