Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced real estate company. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks coordinate schedules communicate with clients and assist with daily operations to help ensure smooth business performance. Strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars appointments and meeting schedules
  • Respond to emails phone calls and client inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate property showings inspections and appointments
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases
  • Prepare contracts documents and reports
  • Assist with listing management on real estate platforms
  • Handle social media posting and basic marketing support
  • Conduct online research and data entry tasks
  • Organize digital files and maintain accurate records
  • Follow up with leads clients vendors and agents
  • Assist with transaction coordination from contract to closing
  • Support day-to-day administrative and personal tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant administrative assistant or real estate assistant preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
