Video and Digital Content Producer

Responsibilities:

• Develop scripts storyboards and shot lists to plan video and photo production
• Produce and edit video content for campaigns social media recruiting customer stories and thought leadership initiatives.
• Capture photography and video footage at customer locations branches events and job sites.
• Create motion graphics short-form video and visual storytelling assets.
• Partner with Integrated Marketing and Corporate Communications to execute content calendars and campaign plans.
• Responsible for pre-production production and post-production workflow
• Manage video production timelines equipment freelance talent and external production resources.
• Optimize digital content formats for web social email and paid media channels.
• Maintain organized content libraries and digital asset repositories.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements to engagement and reach
• Ownership of release forms media permissions and asset tagging
• Accountability for captioning accessibility aspect-ratio versioning for social web email paid media

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Video Production Film Broadcasting Digital Media or related field required; equivalent professional production experience and portfolio/reel may be considered
• 35 years of video production and content creation experience.
• Hands-on experience with cameras lighting and audio equipment in field and studio settings
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere After Effects and related editing tools.
• Experience directing subjects/talent on shoots and managing productionlogistics
• Strong storytelling and visual communication capabilities.
• Experience creating content optimized for social web and digital marketing channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.

Travel:

• Up to 20%

The pay range for this position is

Starting wage is dependent on skills experience education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicants location. Along with competitive pay full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
