Join our executive leadership team as Vice President of Human Resources and play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy that drives business success across the United States Canada and Mexico.

As the HR leader for the region you will have the opportunity to influence organizational culture strengthen leadership capability and lead initiatives across talent management workforce planning total rewards employee relations and organizational effectiveness. You will guide the regional HR team while ensuring people strategies align with business objectives and create an exceptional employee experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on organizational design talent strategy succession planning and change management.
  • Translate business strategy into long-term people and workforce plans for the North American region.
  • Drive the HR Shared Services strategy across North American locations.
  • Lead HR participation in mergers acquisitions restructures and major business transformations.
  • Own the enterprise-wide talent management strategy capacity planning and succession planning for executive and critical roles.
  • Oversee leadership development programs regional learning centers apprenticeship programs and workforce capability development.
  • Provide executive oversight of recruiting onboarding and retention strategies.
  • Ensure effective succession pipelines and proactive talent risk mitigation.
  • Lead strategy of payroll benefits wellness and total rewards strategy.
  • Ensure compensation programs are competitive equitable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Govern salary structures incentive programs and executive compensation inputs.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal state and international employment laws.
  • Oversee HR investigations EEO/AA programs audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Represent the organization in high-level legal labor or regulatory matters.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead resolution of complex employee relations matters and executive-level corrective actions.
  • Foster positive labor relations and employee engagement across all locations.
  • Provide executive approval for all immigration global mobility and international transfers.
  • Ensure ongoing legal status and support for international employees and executives.
  • Champion company culture values inclusion and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Drive consistency and alignment of employee experience across the North America region.
  • Own the HR operating budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of HR services.
  • Ensure HR systems processes and analytics support business decision-making.
  • Performs other executive-level duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • SPHR SCP or equivalent senior HR certification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience including multi-site or regional responsibility.
  • Prior experience leading HR at a senior/executive level in a manufacturing engineering production or industrial environment.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint Excel Word and Outlook.
  • Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors ADP) workforce analytics tools compensation systems and HR reporting technologies.
  • Strong customer orientation with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret market data and campaign metrics.
  • Effective leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities.
  • Solid judgment problemsolving skills and ability to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • German or Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel 30-40%.
