Position Overview
We are hiring a Vice President Contracts Division (Tenant Improvement) with for our client who speacalizes in commercial plumbing. The role is based in Covina CA with projects spanning across Southern California.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position with full ownership of a high-performing Tenant Improvement (Tl division serving as a subcontractor to General Contractors. The role includes full P&L responsibility operational leadership and client relationship management.
What Youll Do
- Own and lead our commercial contracts division with full P&L accountability
- Manage a team of 5-6 Project Managers along with Field and Customer Management
- Ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and at target margins
- Drive operational discipline across job costing scheduling and execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors
- Oversee contract execution including change orders and risk management
