Overview

We areseeking aVice President of Ancillary & Support Servicesto provide executive leadership strategic direction and operational oversight for key hospital functions.This role oversees services includingPharmacy Laboratory Plant Services Environmental Services Clinical Engineering Supply Chainand Security.

Thisrole will drivecontinuous improvement inallaspects ofservice line strategy safety service delivery and costmanagement while fostering collaboration across clinical and operational teams.As a member of the Hospital Division leadership team this rolesupports ahigh-reliability environment that advances clinical excellence and exceptional patient experience.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Align service line goals withHospital Division and system-wide priorities
  • Define and monitorKPIs benchmarks and productivity metricsto ensure accountability and results
  • Partner facility leadershiptooptimizepatient care delivery and hospital throughput
  • Drivestandardization of policies workflows and best practicesacross all facilities
  • Lead and developdirectors and managers strengthening leadership capability and accountability
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree inHealthcare Administration Business Administration or related field required
  • Masters degree (MHA MBA or related discipline) preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience including senior-level responsibility for hospital operations ancillary services support services or service-line leadership
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple hospital-based service lines or operational functions of similar scope and complexity required
  • Multi-site or system-level healthcare leadership expeirence preferred
