Job Summary
This is a 1st Shift position.
The associate has to assemble all configurations of VG pumps within the assigned product line(s) utilizing both purchased and manufactured components per customer specifications.
- Assemble assigned product per specification utilizing designated tools gauges assembly line etc. to ensure quality of product.
- Assembler is required to hand fit parts as well as perform quality checks
- Cross train on various product lines as needed including Point of Use Provider
- Must use inspection equipment and gauges where required
- Complete and maintain records/paperwork as required.
- May be required to tear down and reassemble completed units
- Daily communication with team and shift handover required.
- Associate must be able to collect and interpret data to support production and problem solving
Qualifications :
- EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE REQUIRED
- Basic knowledge in SAP
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience utilizing hand tools of various types required
- Must exercise care in handling product to prevent damage
- Must follow standards as instructed and report any deviations
- Must be able to read and comprehend blue prints or other instructional material
- Must utilize setup process and quality assurance documentation in order to assure the quality of the product.
- Repeatedly lift up to 30bs and use all lifting devices as available
- Stand constantly walk frequently bend and stoop occasionally
- No written warnings within the past 12 months
