BluePearl Pet Hospitalis currentlyseeking a newClient ServiceSupervisor.

Pay: $22.00 - $31.00 / hour
This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

TheClient Service Supervisor(CSS)guidesthe daily activities of the Client Services Team(CST)under the direction of the Client Services Manager (CSM). Primary responsibilities include communication between Client Services and all areas of the hospital for interdepartmental activity to run smoothly and efficientlyin the absence of the CSS providesmanagementcoverage for the CS department to function properly during theshiftandthose issuesare addressed by the proper individual ensuringservices are seamless from beginning to end of the client and patient visit.

As the Client Service Supervisor you will:

  • Planmonitorand ensure completion of theinitialtraining program for new Client Service associates to ensure that we offer the highest possible level of personal care to meet each clients unique set of circumstances.

  • GuidetheClientServiceTeamLeaderto scheduleclientserviceassociatescost-effectivelytoensuretheprovisionof sufficient staffing to meet and/or exceed client needs at everyshift.

  • Bean integral member of the management team and the link between the client thepatientand the caregivers offers feedback to co-managers toidentifyspecific issues that occur and may cause dissatisfied clients.

  • Clearly communicates with client service associates one-on-one and in group settings to ensure consistent understanding ofnew ideas changes in protocol policies impending changes and ongoing communication and feedback.

  • Coachclientserviceassociatestobecontinuouslyawareandproactiveatanticipatingandaddressingclient servicesand to seekassistancewith escalated stressful situations.

  • Plans and executes regularly scheduled teammeetings.

  • SeeknewwaystobetterserveclientsthroughongoingtrainingopportunitiesinputfromtheClientServiceCoordinators during regularly scheduled team meetings and feedback from doctors and management on an ongoingbasis.

  • Personallymeet with clients to discuss concerns and questionsregardingany aspect ofservicesprovided.

  • Other job duties as assigned.
