Veg Mix Operator (3rd shift- 10pm to 6am)

Job Summary
- Read and follow production schedules to ensure accurate execution of daily plans
- Set up operate and adjust veg mix equipment to meet product specifications
- Open inspect and prepare toted products for blending processes
- Operate equipment including dumpers cluster breakers verifeeders conveyors and shakers
- Mix vegetables in required proportions during startup production changeovers and shutdown
- Maintain consistent product flow to form fillers to support uninterrupted production
- Monitor ingredient temperatures and take action to protect product quality
- Ensure availability of packaging materials ingredients and finished goods
- Stop production and report deviations from specifications or equipment issues
- Maintain housekeeping standards to support food safety and operational excellence
- Tear down equipment and prepare for cleaning processes
- Rinse and sanitize veg mix equipment conveyors and related systems
- Support team operations and complete additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment is helpful
- Knowledge of food handling packaging practices and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Understanding of safety practices quality control points and critical control points
- Familiarity with allergen and bloodborne pathogen control practices or willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills to support teamwork and daily operations
- Dependable attendance and attention to detail in completing assigned work
- Works well within a team environment while contributing to shared production goals
- Works with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Being on your feet walking around the facility climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting pushing or carrying materials.
