Position: Java Tech Lead - TypeScript/AWS
Location: PA (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8 years of software development experience and 2 years leading engineering teams. The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture mentor developers and remain hands-on in designing and building scalable applications.

Key Requirements:

Strong leadership experience with architecture design and technical decision-making
Expertise in Java Spring Boot Python TypeScript
Frontend experience with Angular or React JavaScript CSS Jest
Deep knowledge of AWS (Lambda ECS S3 DynamoDB API Gateway CloudFormation CloudFront)
Experience with CI/CD GitHub Docker Splunk Shell Scripting
Strong understanding of SQL Data Modeling Redis Authentication & Authorization (OIDC Auth0 Active Directory)
Experience mentoring teams and collaborating with Product Delivery and Architecture stakeholders
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools observability platforms (Grafana Honeycomb) and AWS Glue is a plus

Preferred: 10 years of experience with proven success leading high-performing engineering teams.
