Van Driver needed for Transportation Department. Position will work various M-F daytime hours. 30-40 hours per week.
Job Summary:
Responsible for safely operating vehicles for special routes and trips. Ensure that the vehicle is in good operating condition at all times. Pick up and drop off students as per the schedule and obey all laws regulations and rules of conduct.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma and/or equivalent; and/or any satisfactory combination of experience and training whichdemonstrates the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the above described duties.
Valid Minnesota drivers license (Class D) and acceptable driving record for insurability by theDistricts insurance carrier.
Meet statutory motor vehicle check
Ability to pass a federally mandated drug/alcohol screen.
Ability to pass a criminal history background check
Successfully complete school driver training programs and courses established by the state or school district.
First Aid and CPR Certification and/or the ability to obtain.
