Sanitation Driver

Job Summary
You will be responsible for operating a trash compactor truck to collect and transport waste efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the property.
As Sanitation Specialist you will:
- Operate trash compactor truck on daily basis
- Empty all bear proof trash cans on property
- Pick up trash from curbs on property
- Clean grounds and remove litter
- Empty trash cans in the public area buildings
- Empty dumpsters
- Operate trash compactor
- Empty recycle bins
- Break down cardboard items and place in appropriate containers
- Leave work area in a clean neat and safe condition
- Keep the vehicles that are used clean
- Report any maintenance issues of the vehicle to supervisor
- Safely operate a trash compacting truck
- Drive off property to landfill to empty trash truck

Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years old to drive company vehicles
- Must have Valid TN drivers license with preferred F Endorsement
- Must have at least 2 to 4 years of experience driving larger vehicles like box trucks or trash trucks
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Required to pass a background check drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States
