We are seeking an experiencedUsed Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned sales operation drive inventory acquisition and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive leader who is passionate about performance profitability and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: $120000 - $160000 per year

What Youll Do

• Lead and grow the dealerships pre-owned vehicle sales operation
• Develop and execute a successful vehicle acquisition strategy
• Source inventory through trade-ins auctions and direct purchases
• Manage vehicle appraisals pricing and inventory merchandising
• Monitor departmental performance forecasts and profitability
• Coach train and develop a high-performing sales team
• Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the purchase process
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve dealership goals and objectives

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive industry experience
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager
• Proven success in vehicle acquisition and inventory management
• Strong understanding of appraisal tools market pricing and dealership operations
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated competitive and results-driven mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing market

Requirements

• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Automotive management experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and leadership presence
