We are looking for someone who wants to be an electronics technician and has some experience doing the job. This is NOT a Maintenance Technician

Creating test circuits
Wiring
Test rigs to test our units
Surface mount soldering under microscope
Working with database Team to complete development.
Its a typical tech position and will also be by engineers side doing hands on work.

Were currently looking for an Electronics Technician to join our hands-on team supporting engineering interfacing with manufacturing and driving customer success.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a globally respected company while contributing locally at a highly specialized site in Johnson City TN.

What Youll Be Doing:

As an Electronics Technician youll be troubleshooting and resolving complex electronics issues. Your role will span:

Diagnosing and repairing faults in electronic assemblies using test equipment (oscilloscopes multimeters etc.)
Performing soldering (both SMT and through-hole) and hands-on circuit repairs
Building and maintaining custom test rigs and ensuring test equipment is regularly calibrated
Assisting engineers in research and development activities-prototyping testing and assembling electronics for new products
Investigating returned products and supporting root cause analysis on customer issues

Youll work closely with a collaborative team of Technicians and Engineers with the chance to expand your skills across technical domains.


What Were Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the electronics or related industry
Strong understanding of electronics diagnostics circuit testing and fault finding
Competent with soldering wiring reading schematics and building electronic assemblies
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using technical documentation and managing equipment records

Required Qualifications:

Associates in electrical / electronics engineering.
3-5 years of experience preferred.
