Location- Nashville Tennessee 37214
Duration- till 12/31/2026 with possibility of Extension
Shift hrs- Day and amp; Night Shift are available :
6am to 6:30pm / 6pm to 7.30 am (12 hours a day and 3 days a week)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Technicians to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys providing direct care behavioral support and helping individuals build independence and life skills.
What Youll Do
- Provide direct care behavioral support and habilitation services
- Follow individualized Support Plans (ISPs) and active treatment goals
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
- Support vocational training and work-based activities
- Monitor and document changes in behavior health and daily needs
- Maintain a safe supportive and therapeutic environment
- Communicate with families guardians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support and train new staff on treatment strategies and care plans
- Maintain compliance with facility safety and regulatory requirements
What Were Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate patient and dependable attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Experience with individuals with disabilities behavioral health mental health caregiving or direct support is a plus
