Assisting Hands Home Care Emerald Coast

We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) with the intent to train if needed to provide quality one-on-one care to clients throughout the Emerald Coast. Caregivers who meet all required qualifications can start at $18/hour. Training guidance is available for those who need assistance completing requirements.

WHAT YOULL DO
Depending on each clients individual care plan caregivers may assist with:

Personal care and daily living activities
Bathing grooming and hygiene
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Companionship and conversation
Medication reminders
Walking and mobility assistance/ Transfers and positioning
Respite care
Running errands
And other duties outlined in the clients care plan

Qualified applicants should have:

A current CNA license or HHA certification
Valid CPR certification with in-person instruction
Required CNA/HHA coursework completed (we can provide a list of requirements)
Eligibility for a Level 2 Background Check
Previous caregiving experience preferred
A compassionate dependable and patient-centered attitude
Strong communication skills
The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
