As a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant youll work alongside an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain the skills confidence and independence they need to enjoy everyday life.

- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional independence
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
- Educate patients and caregivers on home safety adaptive equipment and energy conservation strategies
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation using WellSky
- Active Maryland Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License Required
- Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
- Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
- Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
- OASIS knowledge is a plus
- Experience with WellSky Home Health is a plus
