Upsell Associate Optimization Planner

• The Upsell Associate Optimization Planner supports QVC and you will support the placement of upsells to scripted and non-scripted items across multiple merchandise categories within QVC to attain financial goals and improve our customer experience. You will need to work with multiple planning teams to align on direction.

Where Youll Work

• This role is remote; our job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Virginia Florida Georgia North Carolina South Carolina Tennessee Texas and Idaho.
• This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester PA location biannually.
• Relocation assistance is not applicable.
• Youll report to an assigned supervisor.

What Youll Do

• Youll determine the appropriate upsell item types for both scripted and non-scripted products.
• Youll use resources and a variety of internal reports to identify possible upsells.
• Youll follow the business rules and expectations related to upsell attachments; PALs and show inventory levels broken SKUs and pricing.
• Setting of pricing and credit term offers in the Pricing System.
• Advocate for upsells and cross sells striving to increase attachment rates.
• Monitor and advise on calendar adjustments across all channels based on sales results and trends.
• Partner with and influence our internal and our external cross-functional teams

What Youll Bring

• Minimum 3 years related experience preferred - retail planning merchandising or marketing.
• 1 year experience in analytics; excel SQL tableau
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Apparel and Jewelry trends
