Job Summary

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree from an accredited educational institution.
Valid teaching certificate for the State of Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging standards-based lessons across core subject areas.
Create a safe welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess student progress and use data to inform instruction.
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs.
Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Collaborate with colleagues support staff and administration to enhance student success.
Implement classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and student engagement.
Participate in professional development opportunities and school events.

Terms of Employment:

Full-time salary and benefits per CEA Contract.
Beginning in the 2026-2027 school year
