Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for Registered Nurses for Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRAMC) Services in support of the Defense Health Agency and Bremerton Naval from Honolulu Hawaii.

Job Aspects:

• These will be hybrid (remote) roles working from home and some occasional visits to Bremerton Naval in Washington State
• The Nurse will be reviewing cases educating patients on appropriate care and managing health care costs for the dependents of our Nations Active Duty and eligible retirees.
• The Nurse will be working remotely/hybridMonday through Friday 8 hours per day.
• Multi-line scheduling military appointment lines

Requirements:

• Bachelors Nursing Degree
• Active unrestricted Hawaii RN license or compact license
• At least 2 years experience working as a UMRN or CCM preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Possess current certification in either
  • Completion of an accredited Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) program
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) issued by the Commission for Case Manager Certification.
• Must have access to secure high speed internet
• Highly organized self-directed worker able to function in high volume environment without distractions
• Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude
