Location: Grand Junction CO
Pay Rate: $70.00 $72.00/hr
Schedule: Monday Thursday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM; Friday 8:30 AM 3:00 PM
Contract: 6 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 3 years
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a 6-week contract in Grand Junction CO. This role is in a Womens Health Clinic and is a great opportunity for a skilled ultrasound professional looking for a predictable daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures based on provider orders
- Support womens health imaging including OB/GYN ultrasound procedures
- Ensure ultrasound equipment is calibrated operational and ready for patient care
- Clean and disinfect equipment exam rooms and workstations after each use
- Stock exam rooms and maintain a safe organized clinical environment
- Communicate ultrasound results and support timely follow-up for STAT results
- Transfer images patient information and documentation as required
- Support clinic workflow and provide excellent patient-centered care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of ultrasound experience required
- ARDMS registration required
- ARDMS(OB) certification required
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Womens Health OB/GYN general ultrasound or small parts experience preferred
- Meditech experience preferred
- Ability to work daytime weekday schedule
