Overview:The Tubing Hill Operations Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests are informed about scheduled activities at the tubing hill. This outdoor position is fast-paced and active requiring excellent customer service skills. The attendant is also responsible for handling cash transactions and executing daily closing procedures ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all :Informing Guests of equipment rentals and scheduled activitiesResponsible for checking rental waivers are fully completed by the guestResponsible for supervision and maintenance of tubing hill andice skatingChecking paperwork and entering information into RTPSizing and issuing proper equipment to guestsHandling money making change posting room charges cashing out and making cash dropsDaily inspection and upkeep of building and surrounding areas tubing hill fire pits and skatingrink; which could include snow removalQualifications:Must have excellent interpersonal provide excellent service to internal and external be attentive to detail and have excellent communication skillsMust be available to work flexible hours to include nights weekends and holidays.
