Our Mass General Brigham Medical Group community healthcare centers in both Haverhill and Newburyport have the latest in diagnostics technology and research. We proudly offer our patients unparalleled acute chronic and wellness care. Whether you visit us once a year for a physical or more often for a chronic health problem our team will provide you and your family with the service information and education required to achieve and maintain good health. Our multi-specialty group practices offer a broad range of medical sub-specialties.We are seeking a 36-hour Triage RN to support our Gastroenterology Endocrinology and Cardiology practices across both our Haverhill and Newburyport locations. This role is a primarily phone triage with a mix of nurse visits.
This schedule for this role consists of a 4-day workweek with Mondays off allowing for an excellent work-life balance. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday with 9-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Tuesdays and Wednesdays will at our Newburyport office and Thursdays and Fridays at our Haverhill office providing care and support to patients across multiple specialty practices.
Summary
Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care assisting in procedures and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Essential Functions
-Deliver direct patient care and support ensuring high nursing standards.
-Conduct patient assessments devise care plans and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
-Educate patients and families on treatment plans medications and post-procedure care.
-Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
-Administer medications perform IV therapy and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
-Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Education
Associates Degree Nursing required and Bachelors Degree Nursing preferred

Basic Life Support BLS Certification - Various Issuers preferred
Experience
