The Treatment Coordinator is a key patient-facing position responsible for guiding patients through their consultation clearly explaining treatment recommendations and confidently presenting financial options.

This is not a basic front desk role. It requires strong communication skills professionalism organization and comfort discussing payment options.

• Educate patients on the long-term benefits of orthodontic care

• Clearly explain treatment plans in simple confident language

• Present financial options and insurance information professionally

• Support patients in making informed decisions

• Maintain organized scheduling and smooth patient flow
