We are partnered with a well-established growing mechanical contractor seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale HVAC and mechanical construction projects across the U.S.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout ensuring safety quality budget and schedule are consistently achieved. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working on diverse complex projects
Key Responsibilities
Lead and enforce jobsite safety and compliance culture
Manage scope schedule and field resources
Oversee procurement and subcontractor coordination
Drive financial performance budgeting and cost control
Review and maintain project documentation and reporting
Support estimating and preconstruction efforts
Build and maintain strong client and team relationships
Contribute to business development and sales support
What Were Looking For
8 years of Mechanical Project Management experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans
Understanding of design principles tools and construction methods
Experience with:
Project financials and cost control
Operations and business processes
Client relations and project delivery
Knowledge of construction law and contract management
Must be open to full-time travel
