As the Transportation Supervisor youll ensure safe reliable transportation for our participants and help keep our operations running smoothly every Join Our TeamCompetitive Pay: $2022/hour Full Benefits PackageConsistent Day Shift ScheduleMondayFriday Work Week (no weekends)Medical dental and vision benefits401(k) retirement plan with company matchPTO beginning on your first dayPaid holidays for full-time employeesEmployee referral bonusesEmployee discount program with access to 30000 discountsKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the transportation the department budget including fuel tracking and vendor coordination for maintenance and compliance with all DOT requirements including licensing registrations and the van fleet in safe clean and efficient working and train a team of drivers to provide excellent service and and manage employee schedules and client pick-up/drop-off special outings medical appointments and field in to transport participants when with other departments to ensure smooth daily Youll NeedValid Massachusetts Drivers License and clean driving to pass a background check and drug school diploma (or equivalent).3 years of driving experience; supervisory experience working with the elderly or disabled population ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs in Spanish required for this part of a dedicated team that helps individuals stay active engaged and connected to their community.
