• Explain a brand-new financial product in plain everyday language
• Get to the heart of what each customer actually needs and be honest when were not the right fit
• Walk people from first hello to funded keeping it simple the whole way
• Leave every customer feeling informed unpressured and glad they called

Who you are

• Warm genuinely curious and a good listener
• Great on the phone and comfortable making numbers feel easy
• Honest and consultative youd rather lose a deal than oversell one
• Organized self-motivated and quick to learn
• Some background in sales customer service or financial services helps (mortgage experience is a plus never required)
