Role Overview
As a TPM Intern you will work closely with members of company-wide business & Engineering teams to help define streamline design and analyze data to build business requirements and then work with engineering teams to articulate requirements further perform functional & technical data & system analysis drive engineering to implementation via all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Drives execution with a sense of urgency and technical addition the ideal candidate mustpossessa high degree of collaborative skills and the ability to influence and communicate effectively on many improve operation excellence in largeorganization. High exposure to various tech and business leaders depending on the focus of -to-end responsibility: from planning and strategy development to execution and accountability for quarterly and annual goals.
What You Will do
- Develop new tools andprocessto support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Create and manage long-term goalsofthe organization.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction safety quality and team member performance.
- Prioritize programs and activitiesin accordance withthe mission and goals of the organization.
- Identifysystems needs and/or defineprocessto improve efficiency and enable reliability and scalability.
- Able to speak the language of engineers and lead initiatives involving non-functional requirements and platform-level changes.
- Analytical Depth: Sharp with metrics able to deep dive into data toidentifygaps prioritize effectively and move with urgency in dynamic environments.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelors in computer science Computer Engineering or arelated technical field
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g. Python Java or C)
- Foundation in data structures algorithms and software engineering principles
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience withSDLC
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Exposure to distributed systems or cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure)
- Prior internship or research experience in data engineering or systems
- Strong problem-solving skills anddemonstratedownership
- Ability to: Break down problemsTrack deliverablesandCommunicate progress clearly
Eligibility & Program Details
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university during the internship
- Preferred academic level:SophomoreJunior Senior
- Internship Term:Summer2026(10-week program)
Pay & Benefits
- Internshipsarefull-time(40 hoursper week)
- Hourly Pay Range: $40 $45 per hour; we do notanticipateovertime work but if there isanyovertimehourswould be paidin accordance withapplicablelaw
- Compensation is based on market location skills and experience
- Mentorship performance feedback and final evaluation
