Role Overview

The TSE org is critical to Coupangs business strategy. This role willbe responsible forownership & end-to-end company-wide charter delivery & execution starting from Product & Service Definition Functional Design Engineering execution Lifecycle with a Customer focus and Customer lifecycle management for Coupangs Platform. You will be part of a Global team working fromdifferent locationsbut still work as a central connected unit. This role willpossessa strong blend of technical business and project management experience that enables effective management of tangible solutions.

As aTSE TPMIntern you will work alongside experiencedTPMstoown and execute on programsworkingclosely with members of multiple business & Engineering teams to help define streamline design andanalyzedata to build business requirements and then work with engineering teams to articulate requirements further perform functional & technical data & system analysis drive engineering to implementation via all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

What You Will do

• Strong functional & technical analytical & design capability to understand Common & shared platforms web & services API with underlying data.

• Should be able to dive deep tocome up withnew Platform scenarios that helpsolvingsystems bigger problems by simplifying our services & cloudplatformsand help increase productivity & efficiency or every Engineer & system in the company.

• Solid Platform Web services API technologies experience.

• Strong blend of technical business and program management experience that enables seamless communication across teams projectexecutionand great customer reach.

• Own manage and deliver multiple large scale complex programs across organizations with ease of simplicity taking teams along to the path of success.

• Own and Manage implementation E2E from Project charter roadmap plan design design build executedeliverandmonitorperformance & adoption.

• Shouldbe able tocome up withscenarios and business requirements by analyzing data and business needs.

• Excellent cross-group collaboration and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills analytical capabilities and attention to detail

• Strong cultural change management experience

• IdentifyProposeand Implement ongoing data strategy and drive data quality improvements

• Establishesenablesand improves systems to manage product feedback from customers to resolve issues.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuingan MBA or Masters/bachelors in computer science Computer Engineering or a related technical field

• Familiaritywith at least one programming language (e.g. Python Java or C)

• Foundation in data structures algorithms and software engineering principles

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts

• Ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experiencein software engineering or product or technical program management.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases

• Exposure to distributed systems or cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure)

• Prior internship or research experience in ML data engineering or systems

• Strong problem-solving skills anddemonstratedownership

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university during the internship

• Preferred academic level:SophomoreJunior Senior

• Internship Term:Summer2026(10-week program)

Pay & Benefits

• Internshipsarefull-time(40 hoursper week)

• Hourly Pay Range: $40 $45 per hour; we do notanticipateovertime work but if there isanyovertimehourswould be paidin accordance withapplicablelaw

• Compensation is based on market location skills and experience

• Mentorship performance feedback and final evaluation
