What Youll Do:
Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards
Lead train and support team members
Manage inventory and control labor hours
Handle customer concerns professionally
Perform quality checks and hands-on cleaning as needed
Run team huddles and communicate updates clearly

What Were Looking For:
Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable transportation clean driving record
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Experience with inventory and labor management
