Now Hiring: Machine Setup/Adjuster

Location: Plymouth MN

Pay: $17.00-$36.00 per hour with 50 cent raises through training. Pay rate depending on skill level.

Shift:

1st shift - 6:00am-2:00pm

2nd shift - 2:00pm-10:00pm

3rd shift - 10:00pm-6:00am

Employment Type: Full time trial to hire

About this Opportunity:
The Machine Adjuster is responsible for setting up adjusting and maintaining automatic high speed equipment that converts die cut blanks into custom envelopes.

What Youll Be Doing:

Set-up adjust and calibrate feeding folding gumming sealing banding and slitting mechanisms

Troubleshoot repair and perform preventive emergency and scheduled maintenance

Provide critical information job specific instructions and feedback to Cell Team and monitor throughout job completion.

Perform sign offs and quality checks with Cell Team members.

Maintain production records equipment logs and computer software entry accurately and timely.

Comply with all good housekeeping and safety requirements and ensure the safety of others throughout the facility.

Operate forklift safely and maintain updated certification.

What makes you a great fit:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

One to three years mechanically based work experience.

Experience with 627 WEB Machine preferred

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Accurate skills in math and ruling; attention to precision and detail.

Demonstrated positive communication and openness to process improvement.

Demonstrated punctual work attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
