Therapist DBT & CBT (Licensed or Pre-Licensed)
Front Range Treatment Center in Greenwood Village CO (Denver Tech Center area) is looking for a team-oriented clinician to join our specialized DBT team.
Were hiring fully licensed and pre-licensed clinicians who already know DBT or want to learn it. If you have a CBT background and want to train in full-model DBT wed like to hear from you. If youre relocating were happy to talk through timing.
Requirements:
- Education: A masters or doctoral degree in a mental health field from an accredited program.
- Licensure: One of the following Colorado credentials:
- Fully licensed: Psychologist Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Pre-licensed: Psychologist Candidate Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Social Work Candidate (SWC) or Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC).
- DBT or CBT background: Experience with DBT or CBT or a real interest in learning comprehensive DBT.
- Willingness to work with high-risk suicidal self-harming or substance-using clients.
Position Details:
- Full-time with a flexible schedule.
- Mostly in person with the option of some telehealth appointments. We are not hiring for fully remote roles at this time.
What Youll Do:
- Provide individual DBT and CBT-based therapy.
- Maintain an individual caseload of about 25 clients.
- Co-lead DBT skills training groups.
- Provide phone coaching for your own clients.
- Write timely well-organized clinical documentation.
- Take part in weekly supervision team consultation and ongoing training.
Ideal Candidate:
Youre a strong fit if you:
- Know DBT already or want to learn it. Formal DBT training and supervised DBT experience are a plus.
- Have some CBT experience.
- Want to practice adherent full-fidelity DBT.
- Have a behavioral or cognitive-behavioral orientation.
- Are comfortable or ready to become comfortable working with complex high-risk clients.
- Value team collaboration feedback responsiveness and continued professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $60000$100000 per year depending on licensure experience and caseload.
- In-house DBT training for clinicians who are new to the model.
- Clinical supervision toward full licensure for pre-licensed clinicians.
- Support toward DBT-Linehan Board certification.
- Ongoing training and flexible scheduling.
About Us:
Were Colorados only DBT-Linehan Board Certified program. Our main focus is comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (individual therapy skills groups phone coaching and a consultation team) and we also offer other evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT). We see adults teens children and families. Most care is in person with some telehealth.
